    Step 1

    瘦肉汆烫沸水洗净备用,蒜头每一瓣用刀稍微割一刀。Blanch lean meat in boiling water, drain and set aside. Cut one slice on each clove of garlic.

    Step 2

    把全部清洗好的材料放入锅中,并注入清水盖过材料,以中火煮半小时后即可加入盐调味。Place all the ingredients into pot, pour in water till cover the ingredients, cook with medium heat for half hour, season with some salt, done.
