三文鱼芦笋波奇碗Salmon & Asparagus Poke Bowl

译自Poké Bowl的波奇碗,又名冲浪碗,是源自夏威夷的懒人海鲜盖饭;去年长时间居家工作,常常因为挪不出时间做饭而叫外卖,自从叫过一种名为Poké Bowl外卖后,便深深地爱上这种既健康好吃又多样化的轻食料理了,最重要的还是: 它的确可以吃得很饱。外卖的Poké Bowl价位通常不低,而且海鲜多以生鱼片为主,并不完全适合小朋友,于是,为求实际效率,我又开始为孩子做适合他的海鲜波奇碗了,首选自然是三文鱼,并延续波奇碗原来的的懒人(快手才是)方式料理,做出取材简单容易又美味搭配的波奇碗。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将所有的酱汁材料混合均匀,接着放进雪柜,冷藏备用。Mix all the sauce ingredients evenly, keep in the refrigerator for later use.

    Step 2

    将所有食材洗净切好; 下腌料将切块的三文鱼腌制10分钟,备用。Wash and cut all the ingredients; marinate the salmon for 10 minutes, set aside.

    Step 3

    锅内下1汤匙的橄榄油,然后将作法2的三文鱼块放入锅内,煎熟,上碟备用。Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan, add the salmon of step 2 into the pot and fryuntil cooked, arrange on a plate for later use.

    Step 4

    使用原锅里的煎鱼油,下芦笋、蟹味菇和粟米粒炒熟,上碟备用。Use the same pan and rest of the fish oil to fry the asparagus, beech mushrooms and corn kernels, set aside.

    Step 5

    取一浅碗,依次序先将十谷米饭平放在最底部,接着摆上各种主菜/配菜/温泉蛋,享用前,淋上开胃的油醋酱汁即可。Take a shallow bowl and place the ten-grain rice on bottom, follow by main dishes/side dishes/eggs. Drizzle with mix sauce before serving.
