    Step 1

    锅内热油,放入菇类爆香。Heat oil in wok, saute mushrooms till fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入调味料和豆腐煮至滚,再加入甜豆和红甜椒拌匀。Add in seasonings and tofu, bring to a boil, add in snow peas and red capsicum, stir well.

    Step 3

    最后加入麻油,即可上桌。Lastly add sesame oil and serve.
