    Step 1

    排骨洗干净备用,亚叁膏加入适量水搅匀,筛出种子保留水分。Rinse the ribs and set aside. Mix assam paste with an appropriate amount of water until well combined, then strain to remove seeds and reserve the liquid.

    Step 2

    爆香蒜米和姜,加入排骨爆炒至熟,加入调味料,亚叁水,和芫荽,拌炒后加入盖过食材的水量,以小火慢焖。Stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add spare ribs and stir-fry until cooked. Add seasonings, Asam liquid, and coriander, stir-fry, then add enough water to cover the ingredients. Simmer over low heat.

    Step 3

    待焖至汁浓稠后,试味,再自行调味即可。Once the sauce thickens, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
