馅料:拌勻 (每份120克)
Filling:mix together (scale 120g each)

将皮料搓至幼滑盖着1小时,每份分50克。Knead skin ingredients and rest for 1 hour. Scale each dough at 50g each.
用皮料包着馅料,然后压入月饼模内,扣出排在烘盆上。Wrap filling with skin ingredient, press into mould remove and arrange on tray.
用180℃烘15分钟,取出搽上蛋液,放入烘炉再烘至金黄色即可。Bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes, brush skin with egg wash, put into oven again and bake until golden brown.
