先在大锅中预热,加热植物油。In a large pot over medium heat, heat vegetable oil until shimmering.
加入切碎的洋葱,红辣椒和墨西哥辣椒,炒至变软,整个过程约7分钟。Add the chopped onion, red pepper and jalapeno until softened — about 7 minutes.
加入蒜末,继续炒约1分钟,或直至飘出香味。Add garlic and continue to saute for about 1 minute, or until garlic is fragrant.
除了鸡肉,加入全部食材炒并煮沸后转小火不加盖煮30-40分钟。Add all ingredients except chicken and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently and uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
汤熬煮到一定的浓稠度后,加入鸡肉继续煮至完全熟透。Once the soup has reached your desired consistency, add the chicken and continue to simmer until it’s heated throughout.
将汤盛装入碗,加上配料即可趁热享用。Ladle the soup into individual bowls and top with suggested toppings. Enjoy!
