免捏照烧鸡御饭团Teriyaki Chicken Onigirazu

    Step 1

    将鸡蛋打匀后煎成蛋饼,备用。Beat eggs and sear into omelet, ready for use.

    Step 2

    将去骨鸡腿放进不沾锅内,皮向下,干煎至皮脆,然后下照烧酱,煮至略收汁后,上碟,备用,并将锅内剩下的酱汁倒入米饭内,拌匀备用。Place chicken whole legs on non-stick pan, sear with skin facing down until the skin is crisp, then add in teriyaki sauce, cook until the sauce reduced, dish out and pour the remaining sauce into rice and mix well.

    Step 3

    将一张海苔片摆在保鲜纸上,接着将1/8份量的米饭平铺在海苔中间(呈小四方形样)。Place a piece of seaweed on cling, and then spread 1/8 servings of rice in the middle of the seaweed in square shape.

    Step 4

    然后摆上生菜、照烧鸡(切成一半)、彩椒丝和蛋饼,最后再铺上1/8份量的米饭。Then top with lettuce, teriyaki chicken (cut in half), shredded capsicum and omelet; and then cover with another 1/8 servings of rice.

    Step 5

    将作法4饭团四方的海苔对折起来,包紧,然后切半,即可享用。Fold the seaweed and wrap tightly, then cut it in half and enjoy.
