    Directions

    糯米沥干水份,加入糯米味料拌匀,隔水蒸30分钟,备用。Drain glutinous rice and mixes with its seasoning,steam for 30 minutes.

    Step 1

    A馅料拌匀,隔水蒸30分钟,备用。Combine filling A and steam for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    用3汤匙油炒香冬菇和莲藕,然后加入其余馅料B和调味料,慢火焖入味至汁浓。Sauté Chinese mushroom and lotus root with 3 tbsp oil,add in all other filling B ingredients and seasoning; simmer in low heat until water dries up.

    Step 3

    将半片荷叶铺上2片大粽叶,铺入一层蒸熟糯米和蒸熟绿豆片,再排入馅料,最后铺上糯米饭。Place 2 sprigs bamboo leaves over half piece lotus leaf,spread one layerof cooked glutinous rice and cooked mung bean; and then top with filling and cover with glutinous rice again.

    Step 4

    把粽叶荷叶包扎好,用棉绳捆绑打结。放入气压煲煮1½小时即成。Wrap up both leaf and tighten with hemps string,boil in pressure cooker for 1½ hours,done.
