要将米粉炒得漂亮有秘诀,幼米粉要先浸泡2分钟,捞起沥干水份,这样炒好的米粉就会松散,不会黏成一堆。
Step 1
烧热油,放入姜末和香菇丝炒香。Heat oil in wok, saute ginger and Chinese mushroom until fragrant.
Step 2
加入包菜和剩余材料B炒匀,加入水、调味料和米粉焖至收干水。Add in cabbage and the rest of ingredient B, pour in water, seasoning and rice vermicelli, simmer until water dry up.
Step 3
再加入芹菜炒匀即可上碟。Toss in Chinese celery and dish out.
