养生南瓜百合糖水 Pumpkin Health Soup

[材料]

南瓜200克、鲜百合50克、雪耳15克、桂圆肉20克、有机糖100克、清水2000克

[做法]

1.先把南瓜去皮去皮籽,然后切成小块,雪耳先浸软洗干净。

2.将全部材料放入煲里加入水,以大火煮滚后,改用小火煮30分钟,最后加入糖煮10分钟即可享用。

注:南瓜性甘温,主要补中气,可以降低血液中胆固醇的含量,能有效的防治高血压和糖尿病。

Ingredients:

200g pumpkin, 50g fresh lily pulp, 15g white fungus, 20g dried longan, 100g organic sugar, 2 liter water

Method:

  1. Peel pumpkin and seeded, and then cut into small pieces; soak white fungus and wash.
  2. Put all ingredients in pot with water, bring to quick boil and then turn to low heat and boil for 30 minutes, lastly add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes, done.

Tips: Pumpkin has a mild character, is good for Qi in the body, and reduces blood pressure and cholesterol, a healthy food for high blood pressure and diabetes.
