    Step 1

    在炒锅中,加热Country Farm Organics印加果油和麻油,倒入蛋液后快速拌炒,避免沾黏一块。In a wok, heat up the Country Farm Organics Sacha Inchi Oil and sesame oil. Pour in the egg and give it a quick stir to avoid it sticking together.

    Step 2

    待鸡蛋快熟时,放入NQ天然香菇拌酱,再加入冬粉。炒好后稍微摊凉才装入碗中,再倒入其余材料拌匀。When the egg is almost fully cooked, put in the NQ Classic Shiitake Mushroom Sauce then followed by glass noodles. Once done, let it cool down slightly then pour into a bowl. Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    摊开一张饺子皮,放入适量馅料后,沾一些水封口。Wrap the filling with the gyoza wrapper and seal with water.

    锅中放入少许油,将饺子排入锅中,开中火煎至底部呈微焦黄状后,浇入2-3汤匙水后盖上锅盖。另一个做法,将1茶匙玉米粉与2-3汤匙水混合后浇入,以煎出酥脆底部。Pan sear it with some oil till light brown, then drizzle 2-3 tbsp water and cover with lid immediately. Alternatively, can mix 1 tsp of corn flour with 2-3 tbsp water to have the crispy edges.

    Step 5

    饺子煎好后,蘸以姜丝和黑醋一同享用。Serve with ginger and black vinegar as dipping.
