    将1张腐皮铺平涂上调味汁,对折,再对折,卷成长条形,用少许面糊封口,风干一天。Spread seasoning mixture on top of bean curd Skin, and then fold it over and over again into long strips and seal with batter. Dry in the air for one whole day.

    Step 2

    晒干后,剪成1/2 寸小 块,用慢火炸成金黄色至香脆。After drying, cut the strips into 1/2 inch each, deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
