    Step 1

    鸡腿摊开用刀修剪厚肉并横割数刀,加入腌料拌匀并腌制1小时。Use a knife to make few cuts on the chicken legs, marinate for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    烧热炸油,把腌制过的鸡扒裹上脆浆糊,然后放入热油中炸至香脆,捞出沥油。Heat the frying oil, coat the chicken legs with crispy batter evenly then deep fry in the hot oil until crispy, remove and drain the oil.

    Step 3

    把玉米粒、红萝卜汆汤后沥干,然后加入千岛酱混合再铺在鸡腿上,撒上腰豆碎即可。Boil the corn kernels and carrot, take out and drain, mix with Thousand Island sauce and spread on chicken legs. Sprinkle with some roasted cashew nut and enjoy.
