    Step 1

    将花肉加入腌料充分搅拌均匀。Marinate pork belly with condiments.

    Step 2

    放进冰箱腌制隔夜。Keep in fridge for overnight.

    Step 3

    烧热5杯炸油,将腌制好的花肉放进油镬炸至金黄色或熟透。Heat up 5 cups oil,deep fry the pork belly until golden brown and cooked through.

    Step 4

    捞起沥干油份,待冷切块,装饰后即可上桌。Drain and cut into slices after cooling down,garnish to serve.
