    Step 1

    将所有的蔬菜洗净、切好,备用。Wash all vegetables and cut into pieces.

    Step 2

    腐竹洗净后,稍微浸泡,备用。Wash bean curd stick and soak briefly.

    Step 3

    冷油下锅,爆香蒜茸,下大白菜、胡萝卜,翻炒均匀。Heat oil in wok, suate ginger until fragrant; and then add in Chinese cabbage and carrot, stir-fry.

    Step 4

    下南乳、腐竹、甜豆、调味料和纯净水,转小火焖煮至滚,即可熄火,上桌享用。Add in red fermented bean curd, bean curd stick, seasoning and water; simmer in low heat until boiled; dish out and serve.
