    Step 1

    将肉丸材料全部混合,拌入肉丸调味料,做成小丸,然后放入热油炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份备用。Mixes all meatball ingredients with seasonings, make into small balls;and then deep fry until golden brown,drain.

    Step 2

    烧热油放入蒜茸、洋葱碎、黑胡椒碎、越南小辣椒碎、香茅碎和疯柑叶碎爆香。转小火加入番茄酱和番茄丁炒匀,加入调味料和水煮滚,加入肉丸焖5分钟。Heat oil in wok,saute garlic,onion,black pepper,chili padi,lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves until aromatic,toss in tomato sauce and tomato,add in seasoning and water;bring to boil. Add in meatballs and simmer in low heat for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    将意大利面条放入滚水中烫熟,捞起,放入个别的盘中,拌入肉丸番茄酱即可享用。Scud spaghetti until cooked,put in individual serving plate and top with meatballs and sauce,done.
