    Step 1

    南瓜去皮洗净、切丁,备用。Peel pumpkin, washed and dice, set aside.

    Step 2

    冷油下锅,下洋葱丁炒香后,加入樱花虾、腰果和葡萄干翻炒均匀。Heat oil in wok, saute onion till fragrant, add in sakura shrimp, cashew nuts and raisin, stir fry well.

    Step 3

    下南瓜丁、高汤、糙米和调味料拌匀,盖上焖煮至饭熟,熄火。Add in pumpkin, stock and seasoning, mix well and cover the lid, simmer till rice cooked, off heat.

    Step 4

    打开锅盖,稍微将饭拌散,即可上碟,趁热享用。Open the lid, stir well and serve hot.
