用1汤匙食油和姜、蒜头、盐、辣椒粉、黑胡椒粉及胡椒粉混合,然后用来腌鸡肉,收入冰箱至少30分钟。.Mix 1 tablespoon oil, ginger,garlic,salt,chilli powder,black pepper and pepper together. Marinate the chicken pieces with this mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
把剩余的油放入不黏锅里加热,炒大葱1-2分钟至透明。Heat remaining oil in a nonstick pan. Fry the onion for 1-2 minutes or until translucent.
加入腌鸡肉,炒约10分钟至金黄色,加入3-4汤匙滚水,加盖焖煮10分钟或至鸡肉熟透。Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry gently for 10 minutes until golden brown. Add 3-4 tbsp boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or till chicken is tender.
拌入柠檬汁,再撒上芫荽叶和青辣椒即可盛出,配白饭吃。Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle over with coriander leaves and green chilli. Serve with hot white rice.
