    Step 1

    用滚水把米粉烫熟滴干。Blanch rice vermicelli in a pot of boiling water. Drain well and set aside.

    Step 2

    起锅热油和麻油,把研磨叁峇材料以中火炒至香。Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok and stir-fry sambal ingredients over medium-high heat until aromatic.

    Step 3

    加入大葱、米粉及调味料,炒均后加入包菜和豆芽,再加入臭豆,大火炒均即可盛出。Add onion,rice vermicelli and seasoning. Toss and fry briefly. Add in cabbage and beansprouts followed by petai. Fry briskly until well combined. Dish out and serve.
