    在锅内内注入清水,加入叁峇酱、黄梨、疯柑叶与番茄一 起煮至滚。 In a saucepan, boil Sambal Tumis Sauce with water, pineapple, kaffir lime leaves, tomatoes

    加入魔鬼鱼及姜花焖煮片刻,以少许糖及盐调味。 Add the stingray pieces, sliced bunga kantan, adjusting sugar and salt to taste.

    Step 3

    鱼熟后熄火。趁热配白饭享用。 Turn off heat once stingray is cooked, serve immediately with steaming hot rice.
