    Step 1

    将鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋备用。 Fried sunny side up egg, set aside.

    Step 2

    镬内热油,加入虾仁和鸡肉炒熟。 Add in shrimps and chicken meat, stir fry until cooked.

    Step 3

    加入饭、万茂牌上等青豆、 古龙牌香焖花生, 万茂牌参巴虾米, 空心菜和红辣椒。 Add in rice, MAKMUR Brand Processd Peas, GULONG Brand Braised Peanuts, MAKMUR Brand Prawn Sambal,Kangkong and chili.

    Step 4

    拌炒至均匀后取出分盛两碟,放入荷包蛋及炸 葱屑一同享用。 Stir fry evenly, divide into 2 portions, serve with sunny side up egg and shallot crisps.
