    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油,爆香蒜茸、芫荽和胡椒粒,加入鸡翅膀炒约3分钟。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté garlic,coriander and white peppercorn until fragrant,add in chicken wings and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

    Step 2

    加入调味料煮滾,转小火煮至肉熟收汁,最后加入灯笼椒快炒即可上碟。Toss in seasoning,bring to a boil,turn to low heat and simmer till gravy thicken. Add capsicum ,stir-fry briskly,dish out.
