    Step 1

    镬中热少许油,爆香切碎的红葱头,加入三层肉,以中 火炒匀,加入碎肉,用小火拌炒至散开。 Heat some oil in wok, sauté chopped shallot till fragrant, add in pork belly fry well, then add in mince meat, stir fry in low heat till meat loosen。

    Step 2

    加入五香粉及八角炒香,倒入酱油及黑酱油调味。 Add in spiced powder, star anise and seasonings.

    Step 3

    加入已剥殻水煮蛋,然后加水盖过锅中材料,转大火煮 至水滚。最后加入冰糖,转小火煮1至2小时至猪肉软、卤蛋着 色即可。 Add in hardboiled eggs, cover with water and bring to quick boil in high heat. Add in rock sugar and simmer in low heat for 1-2 hours until the meat tender and eggs are well colored.
