    Step 1

    将材料A飞水备用。Blanch ingredients A in boiling water.

    Step 2

    爆香材料B,加入材料A炒均。Saute ingredients B until fragrant,then add in ingredients A and stir to mix.

    Step 3

    接着放入调味料快手兜炒,勾芡后盛上碟,铺上材料C即可。Add in seasoning and stir fry briskly,thicken with starch,dish out and top with ingredients C,done.
