一口吃的咖喱马铃薯炸饺子,辣度可以自行调整,酥脆口感会叫人一口接一口吃不停。

    Step 1

    用剪刀将咖喱叶剪成薄片。Use a scissors to cut the curry leaves into thin slices.

    Step 2

    在平底锅内热油,爆香红葱和大蒜,然后加入芥菜籽和咖喱叶炒10-15秒。Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic till fragrant. Add in mustard seeds and curry leaf to cook for 10-15 second.

    Step 3

    倒入马铃薯块拌匀,再加入黄姜粉和咖喱粉。Add in potatoes and mix well, then follow by turmeric powder and curry powder.

    最后倒入水和所有调味料拌匀,盛碟待凉备用。Lastly pour in the water and all the seasoning. Once mix well and done, pour to a plate to cool down before wrapping.

    Step 5

    取一张饺子皮放在掌心,勺入一小汤匙馅料在中间,将饺子皮对折成三角形封口,然后将饺子皮两端向中间弯拢,将两端饺边捏住,圆形的边往上翘即可。Prepare a sheet of dumpling skin on your palm, scoop a small spoon of filling into middle, fold it into triangular shape, then let the two sharp end seal together.

    Step 6

    热油下锅炸至金黄色即可享用。Deep fry dumpling in hot oil till golden brown and its ready to serve.
