    Step 1

    洗净苏东,切圈,用布吸干水分。Wash squid and cut ring.

    Step 2

    将咸蛋黄和咖喱叶加入脆浆中搅拌均匀。In a mixing bowl, combine the batter ingredients together with curry leave and salted egg yolk.

    Step 3

    将苏东加入脆浆糊中拌均。Coat the squid rings in this mixture, scrunching to create some uneven surfaces.

    Step 4

    烧热油,把苏东以大火炸至金黄香脆,捞起滤油即可享用啦!Fry the squid rings into hot oil till crispy. Drain on a kitchen paper-lined plate.
