    Step 1

    五花肉切片, 咸鱼先煎香, 拔成小片备用。Slice the pork belly, pan-fry the salted fish until fragrant, then shred it into small pieces and set aside.

    Step 2

    爆香蒜米和姜, 加入肉片爆炒至熟, 加入调味料, 糖除外。Stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, add pork slices and stir-fry until cooked. Add seasonings, except sugar.

    Step 3

    加入调味料后拌炒一下, 可以加一点水当成汁。最后试味,再自行调味。Stir-fry with seasonings, you can add a little water to make it into a sauce. Finally, taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
