    心得交流站 : 鱼片沾上粟米粉,能使鱼片滑嫩好吃。

    Step 1

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香花椒、辣豆瓣酱、蒜蓉、姜蓉和辣椒碎。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté peppercorn ,chili soy bean paste ,garlic,ginger and chili until fragrant.

    Step 2

    然后再加入冬菇丁、上海菜和葱花炒香,再加入猪肉碎炒熟。oss in Chinese mushroom,Shanghai mustard and spring onion until aromatic and add in minced meat,stir fry until cooked.

    Step 3

    加入调味料煮滚转小火,将鱼片粘上粟米粉放入汤里面煮至鱼片沸起,再加入水豆腐煮滚,勾芡即可盛起、淋上辣油享用。Add in seasoning and water,once boiled,turn to low heat,add in corn flour coated fish fillet into soup and cook until fish fillets afloat;add in tofu and bring to boil again. Thicken with starch and pour chili oil over,dish out.
