    Step 1

    将鸡蛋在大碗中搅打至起泡。Whisk egg in a mixing bowl until foamy.

    加入植物油、枫树糖浆与酪乳继续搅拌。Add oil, maple syrup, and butter milk and continue whisking.

    将泡打粉与盐在小碗中混合均匀,再拌入鸡蛋与酪乳的混合物中,静置15-20分钟备用。Mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl and then gently fold into the liquid butter milk mixture. Let stand for approx. 15 – 20 min.

    在平底锅中融化少许黄油,将蓬松饼煎至两面金黄即可(直径约7厘米的饼,每面煎2-3分钟)。撒上糖粉并搭配自制果酱享用。Drop batter into skillet and cook on medium heat until golden-brown (approx. 2 – 3 min. per side, with a diameter of approx. 7cm). Serve with homemade jam or powdered sugar.
