    营厨贴士:鸡油菌富含维生素A,对眼睛发育有十分重要的作用,可合成视网膜视杆细胞感光物质,提高眼睛的抗病能力,起到明目的功效。

    Step 1

    先把鸡洗净斩件,用盐和黑胡椒腌1小时备用。Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, marinate with salt and black pepper for 1 hour and set aside.

    Step 2

    鸡油菌用水浸软后沥干备用。Soak the chanterelles in water until soft, then drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    热锅下油,放入鸡块煎黄捞起。Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown.

    Step 4

    保留原有鸡油,放入牛油烧热后,加入洋葱和鸡油菌爆香,倒入白酒煮1分钟,再倒入鸡块炒匀。Keep the chicken oil, add in the butter and heat it up, then add onion and chanterelles and sauté until fragrant, pour in white wine and cook for 1 minute, then add the chicken pieces and stir well.

    Step 5

    倒入鸡汤煮热,再放入忌廉、盐和黑椒调味后把酱汁收汁一半即可上碟享用。Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil, season with cooking cream, salt and black pepper, stirring until sauce thickened and absorbed. Dish out on plate and serve hot.
