    Step 1

    鱼洗净搽上少许盐及胡椒粉腌10分钟。Washed fish and marinate with some salt and pepper for 10minutes.

    Step 2

    把其余材料与水放入锅中以中火煮3~5分钟至出味。In a pot cook all ingredients with water for 3~5 minutes till aromatic.

    Step 3

    加入鱼煮5分钟至熟即可调味上碟。Add in fish and simmer for a further 5 minutes, season with salt to taste.
