明虾去须洗净,加入阿叁膏汁、糖、盐和生抽搅拌均匀,放入冰箱腌制半小时至2小时。Washed and trim the prawns, add tamarind pulp juice, sugar, sea salt and light soy sauce, marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour to 2 hours.

烧热锅,加入油香茅爆香,再放入虾干煎至八分熟,最后倒入碗底的汁焖一焖即可上桌。Heat the cooking oil in the pan, sauté lemongrass till fragrant, add in prawns and fry until 80% cooked, pour in leftover juice into the pan and simmer for a while before serving.
