    Step 1

    将鸡肉斩小块备用;阿叁膏加少许水稀释取汁。Cut chicken into bite size; dilute the tamarind pulp with some water.

    Step 2

    将小葱头和豆瓣酱,放入搅拌机搅拌成泥。Blend the shallot together with bean paste to become puree, set aside.

    Step 3

    热锅,把葱头泥放入锅中炒香,加入芫荽粉拌匀。Heat oil in wok, saute shallots paste until fragrant, add the coriander powder.

    Step 4

    加鸡肉块炒匀,加入阿叁膏汁、糖、盐和水,盖好转小火焖煮25分钟即可。Add in chicken pieces and stir evenly, toss in tamarind pulp, sugar, salt and water, cover the lid and simmer with low heat for 25 minutes.
