    Directions

    Step 1

    爆香材料C,加入卤料和调味料煮滚后,放入材料A焖煮15分钟。Sauté ingredients C until fragrant, add in all spices ingredients and seasoning;once boiled, add in ingredients A and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    加材料B再煮10分钟,勾芡上碟。Add in ingredients B,cook for another 10 minutes,thicken with starch.

    Step 3

    烫熟香港芥兰,拌入少许盐、鸡粉和油,捞匀后伴碟上桌。Blanch Hong Kong Kailan in boiling water;drain and marinate with some salt,chicken powder and oil;arrange in plate with tofu.
