    Step 1

    将馅料放入气压煲煮30分钟,取出倒入镬内煮干水份,加入材料C黄糖煮溶;油分3次加入煮至不黏镬,待冷,加入合桃块,分出每份16等份成红豆馅。Boil filling ingredients in pressure cooker for 30 minutes,and then cook in wok until water evaporated; toss in palm sugar in ingredients C and cook until sugar dissolved; add in oil in 3 sequences to cook the filling until not sticking to wok; add in walnuts and apportion to 16 sets.

    Step 2

    将A料放入蒸盆隔水蒸30分钟至熟取出打松,加入材料B拌匀。Steam ingredients A for 30 minutes and then loosen it before mix in ingredients B.

    Step 3

    取2片粽叶摺成斗型,加入适量米料,加入1份红豆馅,再铺上适量米料,摺好用水草扎好定型,隔水蒸1 1/2小时即成。Use 2 sprigs of bamboo leaves to shape in cone,add some rice ingredients as base,fill in 1 set of filling and then top with some rice ingredients,fold in the leaf and tighten with hemps string. Steam all for 1 1/2 hour.
