    在锅中加入适量油,爆香蒜头并放入腌制好的花肉,煎至两面微黄。加入虾米和冬菇片,一起翻炒,直至香味溢出。Heat some cooking oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated pork belly and fry until both sides are lightly browned. Add the dried shrimp and sliced mushrooms, stir-fry until fragrant.

    准备好可开始包粽子了。取两片片泡软的粽叶,卷成漏斗状,放入一部分混合好的小米藜麦。加入适量炒好的花肉、虾米和冬菇,再盖上一层小米藜麦,包裹紧实并用绳子扎紧。Once everything is prepared, it's time to wrap the dumpling. Take two pieces of soaked bamboo leaves, roll them into a funnel shape, and fill with a portion of the millet and quinoa mixture. Add some of the stir-fried pork belly, shrimp, and mushrooms, then cover with another layer of millet and quinoa mixture. Wrap tightly and tie with cooking twine.

    将包好的粽子整齐地摆放在压力锅中,加入适量清水和少许盐(约覆盖粽子的一半)。盖上锅盖,选择“肉类或排骨”功能,或设置高压烹煮约25分钟。Arrange the wrapped dumpling neatly in a pressure cooker, add enough water to cover half of the dumpling, and a pinch of salt. Close the lid, select the "meat or ribs" function, or set to high pressure cook for about 25 minutes.
