咸菜脯和甜菜脯分别洗净3-4次,将咸味去除。Wash the salted radish and sweet radish thoroughly 3-4 times to remove excess saltiness.
在锅中加入适量油,先炒干咸菜脯和甜菜脯,随后加入蒜末爆香,并炒至混合均匀后起锅。Heat some oil in a pan, then stir-fry the salted radish and sweet radish until dry. Next, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Remove from heat when well combined.
用一点油炒香冬菇片,至香味溢出,盛起备用。In a little oil, sauté the sliced shiitake mushrooms until fragrant. Set aside.
在油锅中爆香红葱头,将泡好的小米和藜麦混合一起炒,加入适量盐和胡椒粉调味,炒匀。In the same pan, sauté the minced red shallots until fragrant, then add the soaked millet and quinoa mixture. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste, and stir-fry until well combined.
准备好可开始包粽子了。取两片泡软的粽叶,叠在一起卷成漏斗状,放入一部分混合好的小米藜麦。Now you're ready to wrap the Dumpling. Take two pre-soaked Dumpling leaves, stack them together to form a funnel, and add a portion of the mixed millet and quinoa.
加入约20克炒好的菜脯蒜米和冬菇,再盖上一层小米藜麦,包裹紧实并用绳子扎紧。Add about 20g of the stir-fried radish and garlic mixture and shiitake mushrooms, then cover with another layer of millet and quinoa mixture. Wrap tightly and tie securely with string.
将包好的粽子整齐地摆放在压力锅中,加入适量清水和少许盐(约覆盖粽子的一半)。盖上锅盖,选择“肉类或排骨”功能,或设置高压烹煮约25分钟。Arrange the wrapped Dumpling neatly in a pressure cooker, add enough water to cover half of the Dumpling, and a pinch of salt.
