    Step 1

    将所有调味料与猪肉末混合均匀,拌至起胶状,放置一旁,备用。Mix all seasonings and minced pork evenly, stir the mixture clockwise until it forms a paste, set aside.

    Step 2

    山药去皮,用刀身拍烂后,剁成泥状,然后与做法1的猪肉末混合均匀。Peel the Chinese yam, smash it with a knife, chop into puree, then mix it with the minced pork in method 1.

    Step 3

    取2个碗,将做法2的山药肉末分成2份,舀入碗内,然后各打入一颗鸡蛋和干贝。Take 2 bowls, divide the minced yam meat from method 2 into 2 portions, scoop into the bowls, add an egg and scallops into each.

    Step 4

    放入预热的蒸锅,在碗内倒入适量热开水和枸杞,蒸20分钟,取出,撒上葱花,趁热享用。Put in a preheated steamer, pour some hot water and Gou Qi into the bowl, steam for 20 minutes, take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy while hot.
