    Step 1

    鸡翅膀洗净沥干水分,加入腌料拌匀腌约30分钟。Wash chicken wings, add in marinated ingrediens and keep for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    将粘米粉和面粉加入拌匀后,再腌30分钟。Add in glutinous rice flour and plain flour, marinate for another 30 minutes for more flavour.

    Step 3

    烧热油锅,放入鸡翅膀炸至金黄便可捞起享用。Heat oil in wok, put chicken wings into hot oil to deep-fried until cooked, drain the oil and it’s ready to serve.
