    鸭是为餐桌上的上乘肴馔,也是人们进补的优良食品。但慢性肠炎应少食;感冒患者不宜食用。

    Step 1

    将鸭放入滚油里炸香,约1分钟,捞起,沥干油。Deep fried duck meat into hot oil for about 1 minute till crispy, drain.

    Step 2

    用3大匙油炒香香料,加入水和调味料煮滚。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, saute grind spices till fragrant, pour in water and seasoning, bring to boil.

    Step 3

    放入鸭,加盖,转小火煮90分钟或至鸭软,开盖,大火煮至汁收干,即可。Add duck meat, cover the lid, cook with low heat for 90 minutes untill meat soft and tender. Open the lid, continue simmer until sauce thicken, done.
