川味金瓜Sichuan-style Pumpkin

    Step 1

    杏鲍菇切片,金瓜切片先炸备用,青椒切丁,辣椒干切小片。Slice the shiitake mushroom and pumpkin, then fry the pumpkin slices and set aside. Dice the green pepper and cut the dried red chili peppers into small pieces.

    Step 2

    锅内加入油,放入姜末、花椒、八角爆香,再放入鲍鱼菇丁及全部调味料,以中大火炒均匀。Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the diced shiitake mushrooms and all the seasonings, and stir-fry evenly over medium-high heat.

    Step 3

    将炒好的做法2材料放在金瓜上面,再作装饰即可。Place the cooked mixture from step 2 on top of the pumpkin slices and use the diced green pepper and dried red chili peppers as decoration.
