    巧克力杯子蛋糕是派對聚會、戶外野餐、下午茶點心的好選擇。

    杯子涂上牛油备用。Grease mug with butter. Set aside.

    将中筋面粉、可可粉、糖、发粉及盐拌打混合均匀,加入牛奶及香草精拌匀成细滑糊料。In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Add the milk, oil, and pure vanilla extract and continue mixing until fully combined.

    Step 3

    将蛋糕面糊倒入杯子里,撒上巧克力颗粒。Pour the batter into the prepared mug and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

    Step 4

    将杯子放入微波驴内,烘约60~90秒至蛋糕定型。Transfer the mug with the batter to the microwave and microwave for 60~90 seconds or until the center of the cake is just set.

    Step 5
