    Step 1

    将藜麦倒入细筛中,用冷水冲洗,直至洗出的水是干净的为止,这样才说明藜麦的苦味被充分洗掉了。将藜麦、杏仁奶和橙汁倒入一个小锅中,加入肉桂棒,高火煮沸。稍微搅拌,调至低火,继续煮15分钟。不时搅拌。Rinse quinoa in the strainer under cold water until the water is clear to wash out the bitter substances. Bring the quinoa, almond milk, and orange juice in a small pot to a boil with the cinnamon stick over high heat. Stir and then simmer over low heat for approx. 15 min. Stir often.

    剁碎黑巧克力。藜麦煮好后,关火,将锅取下,取出肉桂棒,倒入巧克力碎,搅拌至巧克力完全融化。盖上盖子,静置5-10分钟,直至藜麦将汤汁完全吸收。如果藜麦粥太稠,可以多倒些杏仁奶将其调节至自己想要的稠度。将巧克力藜麦粥倒入碗中,饰以巧克力屑、椰子糖和烤椰子片,尽情享用吧!Chop dark chocolate. Once quinoa is cooked, remove the pot from the heat, remove the cinnamon sticks and stir in the chopped chocolate until it has melted completely. Let it rest for approx. 5 - 10 min. with the lid covered until the quinoa has absorbed almost all of the liquid. If the quinoa mash is too thick, add more almond milk until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve quinoa in bowls, garnish with chocolate shavings, coconut sugar, and toasted coconut flakes.
