    先将韭菜头尾去掉后切粒,用大碗盛载韭菜粒,先放面粉及鸡蛋捞匀,再放盐和水拌匀。Remove the ends of the Chinese chives and chop into small pieces. Transfer to a large bowl and mix with flour and egg, then add the salt and water to mix well.

    煎锅下油烧热,倒入面糊慢火煎香,反转再煎至金黄,然后捞起隔去油,切件可以享用。Heat the camellia oil in a frying pan. Pour in the batter and cook over low heat until fragrant and golden brown. Flip it over and cook until golden brown on the other side. Remove from the pan and drain off the excess oil. Cut into pieces and serve.
