    Step 1

    讲材料A混合均匀成软硬适中面团。Mix ingredients A together to form a dough.

    Step 2

    将面团分成30克等份,搓圆后稍微压扁,加入适量馅料包好,搓成圆球形。Divide the dough into 30g each portions and roll each into a ball, slightly flatten, add some filling and wrap well, then roll into a ball shape.

    Step 3

    将糯米球加入水中,捞起后沾满芝麻。Transfer the sesame Nian Gao ball into water, take out and rollin sesame seeds until fully coated.

    Step 4

    烧热油,加入糯米球,转中小火炸至金黄色即可捞出沥油,趁热享用。Heat up some oil in a wok, deep-fry the sesame balls over medium heat until golden brown. Drain the oil, serve hot.
