    Step 1

    马蹄去皮拍碎。Peel and smash and chopped the water chestnut .

    Step 2

    将虾仁去壳拍扁加入马蹄碎及调味料,混合均匀即虾蓉。Pound shrimps into paste, add the chopped water chestnut and seasonings, mix well.

    Step 3

    把虾蓉平均涂于春卷皮上,撒上芝麻和芫荽碎,再剪成2片。Spread the shrimp paste evenly on the spring roll pastry, sprinkle with sesame and chopped coriander, cut into 2 slices.

    Step 4

    烧热油,放入虾饼以中火炸至浮出油面,捞起沥油,摆盘。Heat up the oil, add the shrimp pastry and fry over medium heat until float, drain the oil and place on plate.

    Step 5

    把蘸酱一起混合,蘸上虾饼一同享用,风味绝佳。Mix the dipping sauce evenly, enjoy the shrimps pastry with dipping sauce.
