    功能:补气养血,强筋健骨。 适应症:产后关节、筋骨疼痛,麻木、酸楚,腰膝酸软,下肢无力,尿频夜尿等症。

    Step 1

    将所有材料 A 以清水洗净,同装入布袋。Rinse all ingredients A and then put into cloth bag filter.

    Step 2

    把所有材料 B 及药袋同放入砂锅,加入清水 1500ml,大火煮滚后加入米酒,改用小火炖煮 2-3 个小时,至猪脚熟烂、汤汁变浓时取出药袋,加入麻油、食盐适当调味即成。Place all ingredients B and herbs bag into pot, pour in 1500ml of water, bring to boil in high heat; and then add in wine, simmer in low heat for 2-3 hours until trotter is soften and soup thicken. Remove herbs bag, add in sesame oil and season with salt. Serve warm.
