    Step 1

    把虾球开背去虾线,拍上木薯粉备用。Split the shrimp balls open, remove the vein, and coat them with tapioca flour.

    Step 2

    把沙拉及其它调味料搅拌均匀备用。Mix the mayonnaise and other seasonings thoroughly and set aside.

    Step 3

    起锅烧油,把油温烧至180℃,放入拍好粉的虾球下去炸至金黄。Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 180℃, then fry the coated shrimp balls until golden brown.

    Step 4

    捞起沥油后。倒入沙拉搅拌均匀即可装盘。Remove from the oil and drain. Toss them in the salad dressing mixture until evenly coated, then serve on a plate.
