    Step 1

    先烧热单柄锅放油,放洋葱炒至金黄。Heat a pan and put some oil, add onions and fry until golden.

    放入鸡丁炒至八成熟,倒入白酒、牛油,然后放面粉炒匀。Add the diced chicken and stir-fry until 80% cooked, add white wine, butter and stir-fry with flour.
