Directions
先将全鸡腿去骨洗净麻杆,均匀涂上盐、胡椒粉和麻油(或选用盐焗鸡粉)少许腌制5-6小时备用。Start by deboning the whole chicken legs and washing them thoroughly. Evenly coat the chicken with salt, black pepper and a little bit of sesame oil (or use some salt-baked chicken powder). Marinate the chicken for 5-6 hours.
电饭锅按下煮饭键,放入菜油溶解后,倒入材料B拌炒出香味。Turn on the rice cooker and press the "cook rice" button. Add Planta margarine and let it dissolve, then stir-fry ingredients B until fragrant.
倒入米饭翻炒,接着放入材料C和适量鸡汤/清水。Add the rice and continue stir-frying, then add ingredients C and an appropriate amount of chicken broth or water.
将蒸盘放入电饭锅内,排入腌制好的鸡腿,盖上饭锅盖煮至熟。Place a steaming tray inside the rice cooker and arrange the marinated chicken legs on top. Cover the rice cooker and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
取出鸡腿待凉后撕成条块,放回鸡饭内,并用筷子搅松米饭。Take out the chicken legs and let them cool, then shred them into strips and place them back into the rice. Use chopsticks to fluff the rice.
最后加入青葱粒拌匀即可享用。Add chopped scallions and mix everything thoroughly before serving.
